ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.

My pieces are all handmade and made to last but should still be handled with care. I am not responsible for broken stones within 5 days after delivery. If there are issues with the metal on your piece, please email me photos and we can discuss possible solutions. If there are any other issues with your order, please reach out to me! 

SIZING 

Please ensure the size you have chosen for each product as I am not responsible for sizing mishaps. If you have any questions regarding the specific size of a piece please reach out before purchasing!!

CUSTOMS

Once payment is made for a custom order I begin working on the piece. With this being said, custom order sales are final and can not be returned/refunded. 

SHIPPING

I carefully pack and ship each order to ensure it safely arrives, however if a product is lost, stolen, or delayed I cannot be held responsible or offer a refund. Please reach out to the mail carrier for assistance. If you would like to add extra precautions (add insurance or request a signature delivery) please reach out to me!
