• Current turnaround time for customs is 2-3 weeks from time of payment.
• Custom orders will require upfront payment before I begin working on your piece(s) unless otherwise specified.
• For larger orders, a non-refundable deposit of 25%-50% will be required. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your piece.
• Unless other arrangements have been made, if a custom order is not fully paid within 2 weeks of completion, the piece will be posted for sale.
• Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns/refunds.

-Can you do gold jewelry?

Unfortunately for now I am only able to do sterling silver jewelry.

-What if I need my order sooner than your turnaround time?

-Why is your turnaround time that long?

I try to get pieces out in a timely manner but this art takes time to ensure high quality. I am also a college student so I have to balance my time between silversmithing and studies. I appreciate your patience and choosing me for your custom pieces!!
