• Current turnaround time for customs is 3-4 weeks from time of payment.
• Custom orders will require upfront payment before I begin working on your piece(s) unless otherwise specified.
• For larger orders, a non-refundable deposit will be required. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your piece.
• Unless other arrangements have been made, if a custom order is not fully paid within 1 week of completion, the piece will be posted for sale.
• Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns/refunds.
• Once your order is finished, final pictures will be sent and the order will be shipped.
• If you are needing a custom sooner than the turn around time, please feel free to message me for other options. A rush fee may be required.

-Can you do gold jewelry?

Unfortunately for now I am only able to do sterling silver jewelry.

-What if I need my order sooner than your turnaround time?

-Why is your turnaround time that long?

I try to get pieces out in a timely manner but this art takes time to ensure high quality. I am also a college student so I have to balance my time between silversmithing and studies. I appreciate your patience and choosing me for your custom pieces!!

-Do you do bridal customs?

YES!!! I would love to create pieces for your big day! Message me with your ideas and we can get to designing!!

-Can you repair my jewelry?

Pieces purchased from me: Yes! There may be a charge for my time or the materials, depending on the repair and date purchased.

Pieces purchased from other silversmiths: I can do repairs on a case by case basis. Please feel free to send me a picture of the repair and we can discuss!
